We all have those days when nothing goes right. It seems that midnight just can’t get here fast enough so you can start a new day. One of those days when you spill the milk pouring it into your cereal bowl, can’t find your keys, traffic backs you up on the way to work, you forget a meeting with a major client, your computer locks up and more.
Of course, in the outdoors when you have one of those days, it’s different things that happen, like stepping into an ant pile, tripping into cactus, getting stuck in the mud or something else that hinders the day.
So here’s to everyone out there who can overcome those days with dignity and still keep their head up and enjoy what’s happening around them, even if it means pulling cactus thorns from their legs while some guy snaps a photo that you didn’t even know about.
On a side note, congrats to Ott Defoe for his win at the Bass Master All Star week. That’s a pretty interesting format that I’m sure we’ll see more of. And, finally, we’re less than 30 days until opening day of dove season and I can’t wait. See you down the road.
